justgetoiledup.com (“the site”) is operated by oiled up (“we”, “us”). By using the site, subscribing, or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

2. Purchasing, Subscriptions & Stripe Checkout

Orders placed on the site are processed securely via Stripe. Payments are charged in USD. We offer three purchasing options:

• One-Time Purchase: Single bottle at $34.99 USD.
• Duo Bundle (2x): Two bottles at $64.99 USD ($32.50/bottle, 7% savings).
• Trio Bundle (3x): Three bottles at $94.99 USD ($31.66/bottle, 10% savings).
• Subscribe & Save: Monthly auto-delivery at $29.99/month (14% savings). You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime via your customer portal or by emailing support@justgetoiledup.com.

Direct orders receive immediate order confirmation and dispatches occur within 24 to 48 hours.

3. Promotional Limits

Only one promotional offer may be applied per order. Discounts cannot be combined with bundle or subscription pricing.

4. Shipping & Shipping Protection

Shipping is charged at checkout. Standard Tracked Delivery starts at $9.99 USD (3–5 business days). Express Priority Courier is $14.99 USD (1–2 business days). We ship from Latvia across the EU, UK, US, Canada, and Australia.

Optional Guaranteed Shipping Protection is available for $1.99 per order, covering 100% replacement for theft, transit damage, or lost packages.

Newsletter signups provide discount codes (e.g. OILED5). By signing up, you consent to receive periodic email announcements and discount offers. You can unsubscribe anytime. Promotions are subject to stock availability.

6. Returns & 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every bottle. If you are not satisfied, contact support@justgetoiledup.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, submit automated form spam, scrape at volume, or engage in unauthorized commercial activity.

8. Intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos, product photography, and brand marks belong to oiled up. Commercial reuse without explicit written consent is prohibited.
